Crew Leader – Design/Build
Want to lead a crew of 1-2 people and install sweet outdoor spaces? Join our Design/Build team and be a part of a diverse team of craftsmen to build landscapes for residential clients along West Michigan.
• Lead a crew of 1-2 crew members to build outdoor spaces.
• Understanding of hardscape and plant installations required
• 1 year landscape/construction experience minimum
• Report to Design/Build Project Manager
• Completing necessary paperwork for accurate job tracking
• Valid driver’s license required

Landscape Intern
Help become an important part of a growing and dynamic team to help develop and craft custom landscape plans for clients across the lakeshore. This position involves being in the office as well as assisting out in the field in various ways. Part-time to a full-time position with potential for growth, depending on experience.
• Assist existing team with the development of plans and administrative tasks.
• Assist installation teams by facilitating/organizing materials in the field, if needed
• Requires use of CAD and hand drawing when applicable
• Reports to Lead Designer
