Bluffpoint View

We have had the distinct honor to design and maintain this amazing estate with commanding views of Lake Michigan. While many portions of work were performed in various stages over the years, one thing that’s remained constant has been our commitment to maintaining and preserving this unique property.

One recent update was renovating the existing stone patio on the lakeside of the house. This substantial project included replacing an old timber retaining wall with a more permanent and substantial stone wall. This was done to support a new mortared thermal bluestone patio complete with an outdoor grill island.

A lower terrace of bluestone was added to create an intimate space with a masonry seat wall and wood-burning firepit. Custom bluestone coping was used for all wall and step surfaces.

This expansive property also features a synthetic putting green and chipping mat near the rear lawn area as well as a custom gazebo overlooking the lake.
